               Prayer to the Father

Even unto them will I give in mine house and within my walls

a place and a name better than of sons and daughters: I will

give them an everlasting name, that shall not be cut off.

                                                                                                                  Isaiah 67:5

Dear Father,

I come to you knowing my life is not as you meant for it to be, and I bear the responsibility of allowing worldly influences to dictate and dilute my thoughts, separating me from your presence and plan. I repent of my sins and transgressions and ask forgiveness for being unfaithful to you. Through my weakness, pride, and self-righteousness, I did not accept your Word, nor seek you for understanding and completion of who I am.

I present myself before you to be reborn into the spirit person you created me to be. I choose life with your Son, Christ, and accept the gift of the Holy Ghost. You gave your Son, Jesus, that I may have salvation, but I also receive His death at Calvary for my wellbeing, healed by His stripes.

       I believe:

  • You love me so much, you left your Kingdom and came to earth in Christ to claim me as your own; giving your Son to die for me.

  • You have a plan for my life before I was in the womb, not yet born.

  • Jesus has given me a rebirth in spirit entwining His Spirit to mine, and I am reunited to you, my Father. With the authority of Christ and the gift of the Holy Spirit, I am adopted and become your child, made a saint and heir in the Kingdom of Heaven.

  • The Holy Spirit will teach me all things of the Kingdom, so that I may receive knowledge, understanding, wisdom, and discernment of your Word. He will be my intercessor, tutor, and advocate before you.

  • Through the Holy Spirit, I may come before your throne in prayer and receive your heavenly gifts and power that I may live in honor and glory to you, my heavenly Father and Almighty King.

  • As my Father, I know you will be there for me. I am forgiven and never forsaken, and your mercy and grace are always present.

  • In faith, I will be obedient and hold the truth in your Word.

  • I have everlasting life with you and your Son.

  • I am your creation, held accountable to you, and one day I will live eternally within your Kingdom.

I know my prayers will be answered because your Word is a Living Word and responds to the Holy Spirit for the         glory of your Kingdom. Thank you, Father, for loving me, forgiving me, and providing for my life. I praise, glorify, and give thanksgiving to you always.

On the blood of your Son, Jesus, and through the Holy Spirit, I pray,

       Amen

Prayer to the Father

Seven Steps to Answered Prayers

Love of God

I. Be Specific and Stand on God's Word

Thou hast dealt well with Your servant, O Lord, according to thy word. Psalm 119:65

This may be the most important step because it requires preparation before you pray. You have to know the promises of God, understand the purpose of the Trinity, accept the Kingdom precepts, and then come to Him standing on His Word.

2. You Must Ask God for What You Want

Verily, Verily, I say  unto you, Whatsoever ye shall ask the Father in my name, he will give it you. Hitherto have yea asked                   nothing in my name: ask, and ye shall receive, that your joy may be full. John 16:23-24

God already knows what you need, but He wants you to ask Him and believe that He has already provided it. This is a crucial point, for the asking is easy, but the believing is all about faith. God wants to see you stand firm in your faith and trust in Him.

3. Be Positive in Thinking

And he said unto his disciples, Therefore I say unto you, Take no thought for your life, what ye shall eat; neither for the body,           what ye shall put on. Luke 12:22

Let your thoughts affirm what you've been asking of the Father. Don't allow anyone or anything to persuade you differently. Don't let doubt come into your mind, swaying you away from staying firm in your belief.

4. Guard your Mind

For my thoughts are not your thoughts, neither are your ways my ways, saith the Lord. For as heavens are higher than the e           earth, so are my ways higher than your ways; and my thoughts than your thoughts. Isaiah 55:8-9

If you want God to answer your prayers, His thoughts should be your thoughts. His Word should be what you live by and your trust is in His ways, for He already knows what you need. Know what your heavenly Father declares and trust it explicitly.

5. Meditate for Successful Prayer

This book of the law shall not depart out of thy mouth; but thou shalt meditate therein day and night, that thou mayest                    observe to do according to all that is written therein: for then thou shalt make thy way prosperous, and then thou shalt have          good success. Joshua 1:8

You've got to fill your mind with God's Word, continuously meditating on it so that your spirit is absorbing and living on His Word. As you fed your spirit in God's truth, the Holy Spirit brings answers to your prayers.

6. Thank God for the Answer

Be careful for nothing; but in every thing by prayer and supplication with thanksgiving let your request be made known unto           God. Philippians 4:6

Always give thanks to God. Thank Him for the answers you seek, and thank Him for blessing your life. Let your heavenly Father know how much you appreciate and rely on Him.

7. Make Every Prayer a Statement of Faith

Put me in remembrance: let us plead together: declare thou, that thou, mayest be justified. Isaiah 43:26

You must come to God in belief, trusting in faith based on the promises that He's already made in His Word. He tells us He will provide and it is our faith that is acceptable to Him.
