                   Mathematics in God's Creation

Something to ponder.....

God's accuracy may be observed in the hatching of eggs...

  • those of the canary in 14 days

  • those of the barnyard hen in 21 days

  • those of ducks and geese in 28 days

  • those of the mallard in 35 days

  • those of the parrot and ostrich in 42 days

Notice there is a division by seven, the number of days in a week; however, also more astutely the number seven is God's holy number and represents perfection.

God's insightfulness in the making of animals

  • The four-legged elephant bends forward in the same direction

  • The two-legged horse rises from the ground on its two front legs first

  • The cow rises from the ground with its two hind legs first

God's wisdom in all His works of creation

  • Watermelon has an even number of stripes on the rind

  • Orange has an even number of segments

  • Corn has an even number of rows on each ear

  • Wheat stalk has an even number of grains

  • Banana bunch has on its lowest row an even number of bananas, with each row decreasing by one so that one row has an even number and the next row an odd number

God's amazing mathematics....

  • Waves of the sea roll in onto shore twenty-six to the minute in all kinds of weather

  • All grains are found in even numbers on the stalks

  • Flowers blossom at specified times during the day, to the certainty of telling time by this phenomeon

God's greatest creation....

  • God created man with a brain and heart, to guide us towards a purposeful plan

  • A brain to think, to reason, to choose through our free will

  • A heart for the home of the Holy Spirit; for love, compassion, joy, peace

  • A completion of who we are and why we were created

When you hold the Bible, Satan has a headache; when you open it, he collapses; when he sees you reading it, he loses his strength; and when you stand on the Word of God, Satan can't hurt you!
